Brittani Hrehorovich, CPDT-KA, -KSA
Brittani holds a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University, where she focused her studies, internships, and senior thesis on Animal Behavior.
She apprenticed with the animal trainers at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey and spent the early days of her career working with elephants, dolphins, and small-clawed Asian river otters.
In 2017, she developed a dog training program for a boarding facility in New Jersey. She ran and managed the program for three years, and during that time she obtained the CPDT-KA certification, became a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and worked with hundreds of clients and their dogs in private and group settings.
Brittani started working for the ASPCA as a Canine Behavior Specialist at their headquarters in Manhattan's Upper East Side in 2020. She obtained her Fear Free Certification, CPDT-KSA certification, and CPR certification in the same year. Brittani spends her days rehabilitating dogs that have been abused and neglected. She works on modifying severe aggression, fear, and arousal behavior issues on a daily basis.
Brittani lives in Manhattan with her rescue Pomeranian named Ra and her rescue chinchilla named Kevin.
